This website is operated by Qgo Consumer Care Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), which owns and runs the brand The Daily Drama Club. By accessing or ordering from dailydramaclub.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell body care and cosmetic products intended for external use only. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, ingredients and colours accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of lighting, screens and manufacturing batches.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. We recommend a patch test before first use, reading the full ingredient list if you have known allergies, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a skin condition, please consult a qualified medical practitioner before use.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change without notice. Payment is collected through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — where the product is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, where delivery is not serviceable to your location, or where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases we refund any amount paid in full.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Shipping

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and the OTPs sent to you confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to break any law, to interfere with or disrupt the site or its security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, or to place orders fraudulently or in bad faith.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the brand name, logo, product names, illustrations, photography, copy and design — belongs to Qgo Consumer Care Private Limited or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party websites and rely on third-party services such as payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies or performance of those third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have under consumer protection law to approach a consumer forum in your own jurisdiction.
